** Changed in: zfs-linux (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Invalid

** Description changed:

- unattended-upgrades upgraded zfs today to 0.6.5.6-0ubuntu19, and since a
subsequent reboot, the zfs filesystem appears empty. I've verified that there
was not a directory named after the zfs mount before the mount, and zfs shows
there is something in the filesystem - see below, but when mounted, no files
are visible.
- root@mahrez:/var/log/apt# zfs list -t all -o space
- NAME AVAIL USED USEDSNAP USEDDS
USEDREFRESERV USEDCHILD
- mahrez 53.5T 332M 201K 457K
    0 332M
- root@mahrez:/var/log/apt# df /mahrez
- Filesystem 1K-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on
- mahrez 57443602688 512 57443602176 1% /mahrez
- There are no errors from zfs in the logs, no disk problems, and it has been
scrubbed with no errors.
- I've been trying to revert to an older zfs version to test if the update is
definitely the cause, but the packages don't seem to be available. I've booted
into 3 older kernels to see if that helped, but no.
- The logs from the update are below. After the update, a user reported they
were getting "operating not permitted" when trying to read their files on the
fs. I verified this was the case, and rebooted to see if that would help, and
after that, no files were listed at all. I've got 4 other machines running
older zfs versions which are fine. I've stopped updates on them.
