This will be fixed in two ways. On Debian, we'll recommend (or maybe
depend) on gstreamer1.0-gl.
On Ubuntu, we had to go back to building without gstreamergl because of
graphene not being in main yet.

Turns out this is fixed if you just install gstreamer1.0-gl.
But that package depends on graphene which is in universe. See LP:
