Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception: Previous Debian versions (<= 0.12.0+dfsg-3) of golang-github-revel-revel Depends: "golang-github-go-fsnotify-fsnotify-dev | golang-fsnotify-dev", where both alternatives were transitional packages. Because golang-github-revel-revel was the last package which depended on these old transitional packages, they were removed from the most recent golang-fsnotify (1.4.7-1), for which a "FFe: Sync from Debian" request was also filed at: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/golang-fsnotify/+bug/1753767 Sorry for the trouble, and thank you.
