golang-github-spf13-pflag (1.0.0-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * New upstream release.
  * Add debian/watch
  * Apply "cme fix dpkg" to debian/control,
bumping Standards-Version to 4.1.3,
setting Priority to optional, and
adding Testsuite: autopkgtest-pkg-go, etc.
  * Use debhelper (>= 11)

Again, for completeness:

On closer look, there _is_ an upstream change, in ".gitignore", which
has been in the upstream source since January 2017, but got removed by
an older version of dh-make-golang by something like --exclude-vcs after
the "git clone" run.

The new 1.0.0-1 uses pristine .tar.gz tarball and have kept .gitignore
intact, just as the latest dh-make-golang would do.

For completeness, the diff between debian/0.0~git20170508.0.e57e3ee-1 and 
debian/1.0.0-1.
As it turns out, there is no upstream change, only Debian packaging fixes.  :-)
