specific with the kernel package in -proposed.

Note that crash was not made with the previous kernels (=< 4.15.0-13)
Reinstalling fwts 18.03.00-0ubuntu1 (on 4.15.0-14) also produce the same
make.log as above.

New test after installing libelf-dev 0.170.0-3 as requested, and:
- booting with 4.15.0-14-generic kernel
- reinstalling the kernel packages above
- still get a crash (joined)
