Public bug reported:
I have ristretto set as my default image view in Xubuntu 18.04. I have
the thumbnail took bar enabled. Unfortunately, all the thumbnails show
error images. I can only see the thumbnail for the currently viewed
image. When I use the next arrow to go to the next image, the previously
viewable thumbnail changes to the error image and only the thumbnail for
the newly viewed image is seen.
