may be right, that the extension is the problem. Regretfully, I change
extensions from time to time, and I don't keep records of when and which
one. If I have a problem with Aetna again, I will disable extensions to see

Hi Stan, I'm going through all your Firefox bug reports with Ubuntu
18.04 and Firefox 62.
I assume you are referring to aetna.com. This site worked fine for me
with Chromium 68 and Chrome 69. For Firefox I had to disable the
NoScript and uBlock extensions before i could see the log in screen.

I found another instance of the Firefox bug, this time with MemoryBank.
After logging in, I asked to see my latest statement, and it came back

This is similar or identical with a bug previously reported, not from
Aetna, but from the Russian Railways System. I recently tried again to
use the Russian Railways system, and it is still failing at exactly the
same place, where you go to try and pay for a ticket that was ordered
just before.
