Thank you for your bug report. I confirmed that this can be reproduced on Ubuntu 18.04. On Ubuntu 19.10 that seems to be partially fixed, but there still are some problems. I've added a BugWatch to the related issue in upstream ** Bug watch added: github.com/Guake/guake/issues #1311
