Since I upgraded to Ubuntu 18.04 I get
~$ openssl des3 -d </media/OS/Users/Tommy/Documents/loesenord.htm.des3

enter des-ede3-cbc decryption password:
bad decrypt

The encryption was done with Ubuntu 17.10. And the decryption worked
well in 17.10.
Encryption/decryption in Ubuntu 18.04 works well.
