EDITADO: Após muito pesquisar consegui resolver este probleminha com
estes dois comandos:
apt install --reinstall hplip hplip-data
Seguido por
sudo apt-get install --reinstalar python3
Fica a dica para quem mais estiver precisando de ajuda
