Public bug reported: Hello,
By default, `sudo make-ssl-cert generate-default-snakeoil` creates a self-signed SSL cert whose hostname matches the current machine's. It would be nice to be able to specify a different hostname, as I would like to avoid leaking internal information via the SSL certificate. Thanks for considering! ** Affects: ssl-cert (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1782429 Title: Feature: optionally use different hostname for self-signed cert To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ssl-cert/+bug/1782429/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
