Oh I can't edit my posts. This is an issue from a very very old yaru theme,
prbly 18.10.
THe 18.10 is no longer existent and 18.10 is out of support as far as I know

In current version the alignment is still slightly off by few pixels,
however the same misalignment is present upstream (at least on Adwaita
GTK 3.32), so the fix should be made there first.
