After delete the folder: ~/.cache/ibus/libpinyin/, "Intelligent Pinyin"
works great like before.

Thanks for your report.
This seems to be similar to the problem reported in bug #1756423, and in
that case the bug reporter solved it by deleting the ~/.cache/ibus/ibus-
libpinyin folder. Can you please try that, and let us know if it makes a
difference.
