I think we were already fine because: - security said this code was already acked when it was part of nova -> ack - package looked ok and had new Dependencies over what nova had before - we were afraid of duplication, but that is resolved now. @Corey I think we are good with this already. MIR Tea

I'd like to see if we can get this placement MIR evaluated again. Nova officially removed placement support in Eoan (Train), so that has been fully replaced by a split placement project. The split placement service is required as of train for all openstack deployments. We also now have a placement
