Hello, it looks like the kernel you're using is not an officially supported ubuntu kernel, can you install the latest Ubuntu HWE kernel [1] and try again? sudo apt-get install --install-recommends linux-generic-hwe-18.04 xserver-xorg-hwe-18.04 It should include the commit mentioned by Sebastien here in comment #2.
