sudo rm /usr/share/doc/libmkl-core/changelog.Debian.gz
sudo rm /usr/share/doc/libmkl-meta-interface/changelog.Debian.gz
sudo apt --fix-broken install
Removing the changelog files and the fixing the broken install sorted
the problem for me.
