'ubuntu-bug -w' is made to select an working & on-screen software,
clicking on a launcher icon isn't going to match that application of
that's what you were expecting but it's going to 'find' the launcher...

This is the X of the question (!)
I'm directly clicking the settings icon, that is, in the gnome-control-
center application, but the optional "tool" ubuntu-bug -w does not
recognize the same, either in the taskbar or in the Ubuntu Software
store. None of them respond to the calling of the ico
Neither the description nor the screenshot make sense to me, you are
running "ubuntu-bug -w" and selecting "plank" (whatever that is) and
apport is writting a report for that ... what else would you expect?

How will I make a fuller description if it does not generate report for
submission and that is what I am reporting?
In the description and pictures it contains all possible information for
improvement of Ubuntu 19.04 Disk, perhaps lack vision of who the program, no?
