I am adding a second log just in case. This would have been from my
second attempt to update after the initial error.
I believe "apt.log" is the most relevant but also added "apt2.log" just
in case.

The log files attached to this bug report do not cover the time frame
when the linux package failed to install. Could you please look in
/var/log/dist-upgrade for a folder with a date and time corresponding to
when you upgraded from Ubuntu 18.10 to Ubuntu 19.04 and then attach the
apt.log file
