Public bug reported:

My hyrbrid intel-nvidia system is set up to use the intel card by
default, and the nvidia card power management is done by the kernel (I
run a version of bbswitch that does no power management.)

After a reboot, the nvidia card on my hyrbrid intel-nvidia system is by
default suspended by the kernel, but you can enable it by loading the
module with "sudo modprobe nvidia". Using bumblebee, I can run programs
on the nvidia card via optirun.

However, after a suspend/resume cycle, trying to load the nvidia module
fails:

$ sudo modprobe nvidia
modprobe: ERROR: could not insert 'nvidia': No such device

This happens whether I disable bumblebeed.service or not via systemctl.
It also happens if I load the nvidia module prior to suspending so the
card is active. It also happens whether I'm doing a S0 sleep (mem_sleep
= s2idle) or a S3 sleep (mem_sleep = deep).

In Ubuntu 18.10 this wasn't an issue, so it's a regression.
