Calling this low because the annotations *are* present, despite the
weirdness in display. You can save the file and they'll be there. Also,
re: weirdness, my initial arrow showed fine. It only disappeared when
going original size.
I don't think further testing on this is needed until the upstream

I was able to re-create this using today's focal ISO (2020-01-15)
The only difference was as PRTSCR is now handled by `screengrab`, I
selected "Edit In.." and selected `lximage`.
