Having the same problem with 20.04 and kernel `5.3.0-24`. Notebook suspends fine but after waking up, i cant even get to different TTY. Bios update did not help. Notebook Dell Latitude 14 5495, Ryzen 5 PRO 2500U, Vega 8 glxinfo: AMD RAVEN (DRM 3.33.0, 5.3.0-24-generic, LLVM 9.0.0) **
