Public bug reported:

Was trying out the zfs setup with whole disk. No download of updates
during install. Enabled universe beforehand, and installed zsys in the
live session, wondering if that would make a change. Then got the popup
about a crash. As I write this, I haven't looked at the logs yet, so I
don't know what happened.
