When installing xubuntu, we see a "Release Notes" link on the first page
(page with "Try Ubuntu" and "Install Ubuntu"). When that link is
clicked, the user is taken to
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/19.10/ReleaseNotes, which redirects you to:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/EESeries/ReleaseNotes. Both links are
nonexistent and say you can create this page.

When the user clicks the "Release Notes" link, they should end up at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/EoanErmine/ReleaseNotes
