Yes. It was a fresh install of Ubuntu 19.10. First was run apt update,
upgrade, installed aptitude, brasero, deborphan, gparted and
chromium-browser.

Yes, before your mail, in second attemp I did again apt install
chromium-browser and was successfully done. After your mail I did apt
install --reinstall chromium-browser with the results I sent you. Thank

Ok, it looks like reinstalling fixed the problem, you should be good to
go.
I'll keep the bug open to investigate what caused the "error: too early
for operation, device not yet seeded or device model not acknowledged"
problem.
