[Bug 1861265] Re: Ubuntu 20.04 [ WSP P9 ] : crash tool fails to analyze the dump captured during kdump.
So, crash 7.2.8-1ubuntu1 should be available in focal-proposed. Would you test it and see if it fixes the problem? I tested it and it was okay, but I would appreciate your confirmation. Thanks. Cascardo. ** Changed in: crash (Ubuntu) Status: In Progress => Fix Committed -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1861265 Title: Ubuntu 20.04 [ WSP P9 ] : crash tool fails to analyze the dump captured during kdump. [Bug 1861265] Re: Ubuntu 20.04 [ WSP P9 ] : crash tool fails to analyze the dump captured during kdump.
I reproduced the problem also with 7.2.7 upstream. It worked with master branch however. I haven't bisected it to the specific commit, as 7.2.8 should be released soon, and I'll push to get this in focal. Thanks.
