Public bug reported:

Any help in removing this bug that randomly mimics connection failure.
After x-Diagnose program and reporting this bug, it clears out but
always reappears later again and again. Is there a removal tool or
program that can clear it out for good????? I appreciate any tips or
help that I can get. Thank you for your time in reading this report.
