The following commits from this stable update: selftests/bpf: Skip perf hw events test if the setup disabled it selftests/bpf: Fix perf_buffer test on systems w/ offline CPUs broke selftests/bpf compilation: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1867596 I will remove these two commits from eoan/linux. They can be added back later with the needed fixes for a following SRU cycle using LP: #1867596.
