Anybody? Now I should rebuild emacs-snapshot after every dist-upgrade. I
don't want hold this package. All you need is «sudo apt install
libjansson-dev» for all of your build agents.

Оh, sorry, in fact «--with-json=yes» is on by default; you just need to
update the development environment. Please install libjansson-dev to
your build agents.
