python3-tx-tftp is optionally used in the maas snap, seeding into the
maas seed. But I am not sure if it oversight it is not staged in their
snap.

The build test was only being run on the Python2 version. There are 2
test failures when run with the Python 3 version.
I am attaching my patch to drop the Python 2 package.
I don't plan on working any further on this bug, so feel free to take
over from here!
