Public bug reported: There is a cfg file /etc/cloud/cloud.cfg.d/subiquity-disable-cloudinit- networking.cfg which disables cloud-init to configure network.
The content of this file is network: {config: disabled} With this file exists, cloud-init will skip network configuration, this is as cloud-init designed.
