The issue was debugged in another report, the svg is invalid and the new librsvg is more strict and fail to render it, it's fixed in https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnucash/1:3.10-1 and we will SRU the fix to focal ** Package changed: ubuntu-release-upgrader (Ubuntu) => gnucash (Ubuntu) **
