Hello!
I just want to confirm that it is xorg that is responsible for the issue. I
changed to wayland and every problem disappeared.
It seems like the Intel graphics don't work properly on xorg no matter what
distribution.

I filed the bug report and then rolled back to 19.10 via TimeShift. The
computer had too much lag and freezes to be functional in the work I need
to do.
But I'll try to upgrade and set wayland as displayserver to see if that
helps. If it helps I'll report back to you that I'm confident

What webbrowser do you use, could you try without another one?
Could you also add your 'journalctl -b 0' log after getting the issue (and
indicate at what time it happened)
