When I attempted to install Ubuntu on the Live CD, once the actual
installation of 20.04 began, text inputs were ignored, and Firefox said
"cache is too large, dropping events", though the text input problem is
not unique to firefox, but ALL programs, even the terminal, minus the
shortcuts, when trying to input text while ubuntu is installing.

I should be able to browse using Firefox and use other programs when
Ubuntu is installing.
