The autopkgtest failures were related to some flaky tests, I re-
triggered them and all of them are green now. However, ruby2.7 FTBFS on
riscv64, after a discussion on #ubuntu-devel IRC channel wgrant will
investigate it tomorrow (it might be an issue after upgrading the
riscv64 builders after

Accepted ruby2.7 into focal-proposed. The package will build now and be
available at
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ruby2.7/2.7.0-5ubuntu1.1 in a few
hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
