It wasn't missing driver, the new driver rtw88 is now responsible of
driven RTL8822BE, not the staging driver rtl8822be that existed for some
time (v4.14 ~ v5.1)[1]. In the old age, rtl8822be has a parameter "aspm"
and users may disable it to work-around this issue, and that is not
possible so far
Does cold boot help this issue?
