This is a bug in sicherboot. Unfortunately, it still exists with version 0.1.5
on Ubuntu "hirsute" 21.04. Creating a symlink seems to work fine, so this might
be added to the sicherboot postinst.
ln -s /proc/cmdline /etc/kernel/cmdline
(uname -r: 5.11.0-16-generic)

/etc/kernel/cmdline file with your needed kernel command-line.
