Public bug reported:
The 1.9.8 version segfaults in Groovy when the --Foreground param is
used, and unfortunately it is used by the haveged.service.
The newer 1.9.13 version does not segfault, and appears to be only
bugfixes included between 1.9.8 and 1.9.13
