Public bug reported:

The upgrade to 20.04.1 is not proposed for me, if I have "upgrade for LTS only" 
chosen in the update manager.
If I chose "upgrade for all version" the 20.04 is proposed (I don' t see 
20.04.1), but the process cancelled with an error.
