The nautilus issue is fixed in the latest clamtk-gnome, available here:
https://gitlab.com/dave_m/clamtk/-/wikis/Downloads
Just download the latest deb and double-click.
Note that I don't make a clamtk-nautilus: only clamtk and clamtk-gnome
are applicable here. I would remove that and
