I'm not sure there is an easy way to discover this information but one
way to do it is to look in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ for .list files
associated with at PPA.
You seem to have used a kisak mesa PPA and lutris team PPA at one point

You have installed xorg pacakges from a PPA which is provided version
numbers of the packages greater than those which appear in the official
Ubuntu archive. You'll need to remove those packages using the tool ppa-
purge before the upgrade will be able to be calculated.
