Yes, but you would first need to uninstall the driver you installed from the AMD website. And I don't know how to do that. Alternatively, reinstall Ubuntu from scratch. If you find Ubuntu 20.04 doesn't support the GPU then maybe try Ubuntu 20.10 (although that one is only supported until July
