Actually change it to solved. Doing the purge properly fixed my problem and
let me upgrade.

PPA's are causing the problem.
Try this:
sudo apt-get install ppa-purge
sudp ppa-purge ppa:lutris-team/lutris
sudo ppa-purge ppa:kisak/kisak-mesa
Let us know how it works.
