The problem happens again today.
I follow the instructions in comments #1 and #3, yet the issue not solved.
I'm attaching the files and screenshots if this helps you to figure out the
problem.
Note: the screenshot and rfkill.txt and iwconfig files taken while I'm
facing the issue.
If the problem happens again then please follow the instructions in
comment #3.
If no further comments are added here for 60 days then the bug will
close automatically.

I execute the above two commands but the issue won't arise like before.
after restarting the network-manager-service it just reconnected to my
wifi.

Power management might be crashing the driver, in terminal
sudo sed -i 's/3/2/' /etc/NetworkManager/conf.d/default-wifi-powersave-on.conf
systemctl restart network-manager.service
See if it happens again

Currently, While I'm connected to wifi, I'm getting the above output on the
terminal when executing `iwconfig` command. If I face the issue again I
will post the result to this mail.

Next time the problem happens please try turning on wifi by pressing
Fn+PrtScr. If that doesn't fix it then please open a Terminal while the
problem is happening and run:
rfkill > rfkill.txt
and attach the resulting text file here.
