fuse and fuse3 debs both provide the files:
/bin/fusermount
/etc/fuse.conf
/sbin/mount.fuse
/usr/share/initramfs-tools/hooks/fuse
/usr/share/man/man8/mount.fuse.8.gz

Adding kio-fuse to the Kubuntu seed causes the livefs build to fail
with:
(log also attached)
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or
At the moment this is not possible. The addition would require fuse3 on
the Kubuntu ISO, which causes the ISO build to fail due to Ubuntu ISO
build system still requiring fuse2 be installed.
