Hi, as mentioned above in Chris's comment, standard Trusty has already reaches its End-Of-Life on April 2019 [1]. Are you using a standard Ubuntu or Ubuntu Trusty with ESM support? If you're using a standard Ubuntu please give a newer release a try. I just noticed the linked https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases refers to 14.04 as still being supported. Ubuntu 14.04 LTS reached EOL on April 25, 2019.
