Accessibility icon & language selection from preboot environment was
only ever possible on x86, when booting in bios mode, when booting with
isolinux.
focal was the last release to use isolinux.
All releases since focal use unified grub2 bootloader on x64 for both
bios & efi boot, thus the
Lubuntu from Hisute daily image today.
