1. No, this is not the duplicate of of bug 1890891 because 1890891 is
only about ""When I boot my system I have to wait at least 20 - 30
seconds for the application icons to load on dock."
Or now, in this one, I see the same slow load of dock, at the beginning,
but then, the user LOOSES CONTROL
Or is this a duplicate of bug 1890891?

2. Open the 'Extensions' app and ensure you don't have any extensions
other than the three Ubuntu ones.
3. Run 'top' in a Terminal window while the problem is happening and
tell us if anything has high CPU.
4.
Confirmation: with Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS everything works just fine,
smooth, fast, sound and brilliant, as usual.
Boot is fast and left side dock loads instantly.
Touch screen + mouse - no problem.
Dynamic work-spaces - no any problem.
Even "contacts" Gnome application connect to Google account,
even running with only 1 workspace enabled, the things degrade slowly.
After some time of use, the program windows do not react to the mouse clicks
(close, reduce..).
Then, no any mouse click give any effect.
One solution is to reboot using shell or, even worst - the off button.
I reverse to
The issue there is more likely due to the amd video driver or the kernel
