Gigabyte gave me a new beta BIOS "F5" from 2021-05-05. It replaced the
original one from 2020-11-16. Until now there is no public BIOS
available for this Mini PC.
The problem is solved for me.

After suspend: fan rotates at about ~ 3214-3260 rpm tested until cpu reached
