Thank you for quick add this config.
but even I built a new kernel with "CONFIG_VIDEO_TC358743" and 
"CONFIG_VIDEO_TC358743_CEC", it looks still need something to enable it (e.g. 
no device alias match to probe tc358743), I will do more test on my environment.
