Yes please avoid using adapters if you can. They cause a lot of bug reports. Also please avoid analog VGA connections because they also cause a lot of bug reports. Ideally use a pure digital connection: miniDP->(miniDP or DisplayPort or HDMI). If you still find problems after that then the bug sho
